Hi, I’m Stephanie, and at the core of everything I do is one simple belief: real estate is about people, not just property.
While I take pride in delivering a high level of service, which you'll learn about below, what matters most to me is impact. I’m deeply committed to giving back to this gorgeous Florida community, especially supporting non-profits focused on food insecurity and homelessness. A portion of every one of my closings is donated to local organizations, allowing each transaction to contribute to something greater.
With over a decade of experience in marketing and advertising, I spent years managing client relationships, building campaigns, and positioning brands to stand out in competitive markets. That background now translates directly into how I represent my clients, whether it’s crafting a compelling story for a listing or guiding a buyer with clarity and honesty in an evolving market.
And my work in the luxury condo space, particularly within sales galleries, has given me a strong understanding of downtown living, new development, and the nuances that matter most to today’s discerning buyer.
Originally from the Florida Panhandle, I bring a bit of Southern charm (and yes, the accent still sneaks in). I’ve called St. Petersburg home for more than 15 years. I’ve had a front-row seat to its evolution into one of Florida’s most desirable coastal cities, and I genuinely love being part of this city’s growth and energy.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me biking downtown, paddleboarding, or tending to my garden and collection of plants.
